Terrible service. I came by one lunchtime and the owner saw me take a seat but was busy talking to another customer.

After her chat she went downstairs never to return leaving me sitting there on my own (there were NO other customers!) feeling really awkward and strange.

I asked the owner's small child who was playing around if anyone was serving and she said her mummy was downstairs.

I left after awhile with the feeling that perhaps my money wasn't needed in this establishment - never to return.

Awful place with the kind of extremely snobby attitude that doesn't bear worth returning to as there are so many cafes in the area.

This is a splendid cafe, hidden away in Ladbroke Grove (towards the affluent side). Would highly recommend the pastries and cakes available here.
