Tempio is one of the few places I'd actually stick my neck out for and recommend. It's near the Temple so fills up with barristers, solicitors etc. but also caters for those on a budget.

The food is tasty and the atmosphere pretty friendly - it's a family run place. You get the feeling that Tempio really cares about its customers - something of a rarity nowadays.
