The Terrace Cafe is in a delightful spot on the South Bank. I often go there for coffee in the summer, but have only eaten there once.

From what I can remember the food was nothing special really, however I still recommend The Terrace Cafe as somewhere to spend a lazy afternoon. You couldn't ask for a better location.
