If I could give it minus 100 stars I wouldplease just trust me and dont order from this Thaiwe made an order, it came very quickly which was great! When it came the order was wrong probably because the lady on the phone, bless her could not speak a word of English. We complained but were not apologised to at any stage. The boss who was extremely rude and I am not exaggerating came and picked up the food and gave us the dishes we originally ordered. All the dishes were inedible; they were swimming in grease, over salty and the portions are laughable. As I am writing this email I have a really upset stomach and feel sick. I did complain again but to my amazement the 'boss' said ''there is nothing I can do about it'' and hung up. Thai Break should be closed down in my opinion as I have lived in Notting Hill for 27 years and am aware of various other far far better Thais. Please do no order a Thai from this terrible excuse for a business -100/10

Avoid this place if you can - MSG sensitive eaters should beware. The food is falsely tasty for a reason - a night on the toilet was our only reward. Cheap and not very cheerful - another W8 restaurant crossed off the list.

Thai Break does delicious food at really reasonable prices. The staff are helpful and polite and you can get take away from Thai Break if you're in a rush.

Our experience of thai break was poor overall, mainly due to the quality of the food. We ordered a thai salad to start, which turned out to be like a 1970's english garden salad (with quarters of tomato and hard boiled egg), topped with satay sauce! Despite asking for extra chilli, there wasn't a single chilli in the entire thing.For those familiar with how thai salads should be, you'll be surprised.

For a main course my girlfriend ordered a noodle based tom yum soup - she ordinarily loves tom yum, and it very rarely is less than excellent from thai restaurants - this one was just inedible. She said that it tasted of thick beef gravy, and I have to agree - a vile taste and texture when you're expecting a hot and sour sharp soup. We had to send it back.

The pad thai and king prawns in chilli we had were of ok quality, but overall the meal was ruined by the 2 poor quality dishes we had above.
