Thai Square ranks highly as an affordable and reliable place to eat in Central. The restaurant is delightful - airy with wooden doors and flowers dotted all over the place.

The food is tasty and the atmosphere charming. Thai Square is a lovely place to spend an hour or two.

We visited Thai square Cockspur st on a Saturday night about 7pm.
On entering we found the venue very pleasant and staff friendly.
Although it was not busy our order took some time for the mixed starter for 2 to arrive, unfortunately this was small in quantity ,poor in quality and not even hot. We suspect, as we had waited, the food was cooked but waiting to be served, we left some of it very disappointing.
Our 2 main meals were much better and even hot but my green curry was very watery not the creamy meal I get locally.
To top this when the bill came we had been charged for an extra rice which we did not have, lucky I looked at the bill.
With a smile they changed it for us but no apology or explanation.
Did we leave a tip on top of the 10% charge NO
Will we go there again NO.
