I went to Collection with a party of friends two weeks ago and can only say that it was one of the finest nights out I had for a long time now, starting with the friendly way the door staff treated us, even taking us to the main area where we found a very long bar buzzing with the nicest crowd you could ever expect to find and we had a few heavenly made cocktails, before heading to the Mezzanine level where the restaurant is located and had the tastier sushi ever and my friend Jenny was delighted with the nicest fois gras she ever tasted, staff was very professional and friendly, allways with a smile that made us feel hugely welcom, as a whole it was a fantastic night out and I will be for sure going back

Went to the collection last weekend for a few drinks.Always liked the place for its timeless style but never actually ate there until last week.We stayed in the bar downstairs rather than going to the restaurant upstairs and had an excellent meal.The cuisine style has changed, the service was prompt but not rushed and the atmosphere was great.Definetely coming back! ;)James

I was invited to a birthday dinner at The Collection, but before going to new places I like to read other diners reviews. In doing so I was a bit concerned about the door hosts at first, but decided to give it a try. To my surprise my boyfriend and I were greatly impressed when greeted by four smiley faces. We were then escorted to our table by one of the door hosts. I must say it is an absolutely stunning venue entering on to the ultra-cool catwalk followed by an impressive interior. The food served in the restaurant blew me away, especially the Black Cod which was cooked to perfection!!! We continued the night at the bar and i didn’t want to leave. The atmosphere was buzzy and exciting! Its a perfect place to go out for a dinner with your friends, or would definitely take the pressure of a first date :)Lucy

I was at The Collection last weekend and had one of the best meals London can offer.
The menu has changed to Japanese and it is certainly the best sushis I’ve ever tasted.
Fine service and very knowledgeable staff too. Highly recommended!

went to collection for a dinner on Thursday and I was supprised with how beautifull food was. They've changed all the menu. I had the best ever black cod for main and their sushi was so fresh and fabulous.

Arranged a birthday party in this venue, got there only to find out the manager has been changed and our guestlist was lost! The security staff were really rude, the manager was just ignorant and apart from the owner(the guy with the glasses) no one was getting any attentions. Oh and there's something about their music, my mp3 player is LOUDER!

We have enjoyed the party with our friends but the only bad thing that we had to come a cross is the door men. They were so unpolite with us and other customers that they were with us. We didn't like the way they have approach us, quite rude and disrespectable.

I wouldn't like to come back again and spend my money if the management wouldn't get a real nice welcoming door men.

The place was great, enjoyed the drink and the food. The only unwelcome feelings we have received is was the security guards outside the doors and even when living the club.

We wouldn't think to come back if those guys are still working there.

I chose the Collection for my birthday drinks yesterday because the venue is quite elegant and I went there for a drink once when the music was quite funky Latin. But what a wrong choice I made. It's pretentious and rude, the music was insipid soul and droned on for hours ruining my evening. When I asked the dj to spice it up a bit he told me to leave if I didn't like it. When you're paying extravagantly over-inflated prices its not the right attitude.

I felt swindled out of my money and most certainly will never go there again.

We went to The Collection last night. What a disapointment! Food was awful, honestly the worst dinner we ever had, and we go out very often. Starter called caviar had a bit of caviar on the plate (really looked like a garnish only), why did they called it caviar then? it was very expencive for what it was. I will pay anything for a good meal but that was just horrid. Any take away would do better.

I always wanted to go to The Collection and that is why I am so upset. We definitelly never go back and I will make sure I will also warn my friends and family.

I used to go to The Collection a lot. It was probably my favourite, but recently the music is absolutely appalling. The DJ is playing some old song three times in two hours. The Collection is a stylish bar so please get rid of this DJ.

If you respect yourself do not go to The Collection. Despite The Collections classy decor and atmosphere, the service is so terrible that it's well worth avoiding. We asked for some water (meaning tap water) and got charged £3.50. Then we asked for three glasses of wine and the bill was £15.00 due to the discretionary 15 percent service charge.


When only two of our drinks arrived and we asked for the third, and they happily charged us another 15 percent! Plus, to top it all off, the waiters were unfriendly and very good at making us feel unwelcome, even though there were 15 of us for a friend's birthday party.

The Collection is a great venue. I had a great night out with great food and outstanding staff service. I would recommend The Collection both for business and enjoyment. Top quality!

The Collection offers a great atmosphere, great drinks and some seriously stunning girls always seem to be in here. It's a great place to go before hitting the clubs on a Friday or Saturday night. It's also a great venue for parties, some of the best I've been to have been here. There's always a great, and younger, crowd here which makes a nice change.

An absolutely fabulous restaurant in stylish surroundings...staff were tasty, food was tasty, atmosphere was alive...all in all a cool, funky hidden restaurant!

Went to a private party at The Collection, was absolute quality, great place, great girls, nice one son.

I was a bit concerned about The Collection. We dropped in to book our table a week in advance and the front of house staff were a little precious to say the least! I thought the place may be all talk and no substance but I was proved wrong though. The service and the staff were much friendlier on the night, we had a pre-dinner cocktail in the busy bar and then went upstairs for our meal. The service, food and wine were faultless and we would definitely go back. There were all Kylie's music videos playing in chronological order and plenty of interesting people to watch!

To note, if you want a reserved table in the bar pre or post dinner, they ask for a deposit as the required per-head spend is £40.

The Collection comes highly recommended! Dress smart and enjoy...and definitely visit the toilet! The attendants are priceless!

The Collection is a fantastic venue, has great service and is a very cool place to be! I had been wondering where my generation hang out and this is where they are...mainly a young, professional, 20 something crowd. What a relief to find a venue that caters for us!
