We came to see Hamlet a few nights ago Great play. Food was lovely and the drinks went down a treat. We will be back!

Great Burgers, salads, beers and wines. The vibe is cool and relaxing and seems to attract young and old. It is busy so be prepared. Fun staff too!

We really had a nice time there. Food was not really nice though. We ate not really nice burger, and a salad. But good atmosphere.

I ate there last night as a stop over before going out. The staff are really nice but the food is some of the worst I have ever eaten. Duck breast, like a wedge of rubber, kale which tasted a bit of washing up water and puy lentils which looked lifeless. My wife had a burger inches deep in spinach and the beef was a partner to the duck.

A bizarre and truly grim meal never to be repeated. I think our waitress wasnt surprised that we had left so much of our food.

We ate here last night and it was, by some considerable distance, the most God-awful meal we've ever paid for in London.

Early signs were unpromising: The place stank of fish and the waitress that "greeted" us could not have been less engaging if she had been doing a sarcastic impression of a surly teenager.

The menu reads well and the service was quick (in a we-want-you-out-of-here-because-you're-imposing-on-our-free-time kind of way), but we made the mistake of ordering the beef salad (£9) and the king prawn salad (£8.50).

The prawns were tough, bland and unpeeled, and the beef was thin, overcooked and dry. The woefully small portion of rocket that consitituted the salad component tasted, improbably, of farts.

When I asked for a finger bowl for the prawns the waitress looked at me as if I had made some extravagant and pedantic demand then returned, scowling, with some tissues. It is a bad, bad restaurant. Avoid.

We had a small meal at the Cut Bar the other day after a show and I was surprised at how nice it was. I thought it might be a little bit school canteenish, but actually it was really good. I hear that the Cut Bar does breakfasts which I think would be a really great idea for a Saturday brunch type thing.

Generally when I am at the theatre I don't have a drink in case I need a wee in the interval, but I had a couple after the show at the Young Vic the other night in the Cut Bar and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

The atmoshere is pleasant and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend the Cut Bar and Restaurant to everyone, not just theatre goers.
