Apparently, Charles Dickens wrote about The Grapes in one of his lovely books - not sure which, as I'm more of an Iain Banks man myself. Anyway, The Grapes is a proper traditional pub where you can sink a few bevvies in without worrying about doing your hair. Smashing.
