recently renovated and themed as a cider house. very nicely done but the very style conscious staff are the slowest I have ever seen and are quite surly. no matter how many people are waiting to be served they refuse to move any faster or to cut short their conversations with each other. it's actually amazing to watch for a minute or two but very irritating when you're waiting to buy a drink. i've been quite a few times as I work nearby and it really feels like they resent having to serve you. a shame because it's a very nice pub.
