This place is stunning in the way only a real English Pub can be, I'm sure the team there aren't the same as those from the older reviews, but the staff are stunning, friendly, energetic, always full of banter, it's a pleasure to watch people enjoy their work so much!

Good range of beers, which they are apparently looking to expand, some excellent dishes on the menu, everything from platters to quell the drunkeness, to a lush Sea Bass dish that was sensational. Whilst it's clearly a pub to drink in, you certainly can't knock the quality of the food! Well worth a visit!

The Hansom Cab is a top place. Used to go here back in the day and was never really that bothered, but popped in the other day after after a 6 month absence and was very impressed. The place has undergone a gastro-style makeover and is looking very cool, lots of couches, candles and distressed furniture. Staff were very friendly, and seem to be genuinely enjoying themselves, as did the crowd. Didn't eat but the food looked good. Great range of beers, highly recommend this bar.

I discovered the Hansom Cab one Saturday afternoon while trying to find a nice pub for Saturday lunch. The pub is a great undiscovered gem just between Kensington & Earls Court which isn’t too busy and has very friendly team that is more than happy to great you with a smile and a warm welcome.

The food is great for the price and they have the best onion rings to compliment that extra cold pint. Next time you are heading back from Kensington Gardens, pop in and see for yourself.
