Great to see finally a decent independent restaurant in Wimbledon has finally opened. There were some teething problems with service but the food was excellent. Great lambs' tongues for the more hard core, lovely cauliflower soup & great mains of bavette and chicken. Good wine available by the caraffe and this place is absolutely spot on for price for a bistro in Wimbledon. Hope this restaurant gains the local support which it fully deserves. It is much, much better that other recent much hyped openings in Wimbledon.

my pear and almond tart was somewhat bland but that's some pears for you.salted caramel ice cream was a nice touch.the mackerel tartare s got the meal off to an excellent start then it got even better with a delicious chicken with wild mushrooms,fondant potatoes,al dente green beans and a lovely, subtle hint of aniseed provided by tarragon.welcome to wimbledon Ollie,i hope you'll be with us a long while.
