Nicest restaurant for miles around. We had the tasting menu with wine, which although a financial extravagence, was truly excellent.

Service was spot on too, and the restaurant were very accommodating, never hurrying us and even providing a goody back for the petit fours which we couldn't possibly have managed to eat by that stage. Top notch.

The service at The Ledbury is amazing, I felt like a queen for the entire meal which, considering it was my birthday was perfect, I had such a good time.

All three of my courses were exquisitely prepared and presented and the wine list was well represented by The Ledbury waiters. All in all The Ledbury impresses!

I guess, given your 5* review, anonymous, that you forgot to adjust the stars before submitting?

I found the restaurant a thoroughly likable place with attentive staff (as you'd expect), classic decor and no errors in food service.

My experience was perhaps a bit different to most as I went for a charity wine-tasting evening for £195 where 20 wines were provided by the host and food by the restaurant. The focus was therefore not so much on the food but I personally did pay attention to it. The set menu went together nicely and I enjoyed every course though sadly none of the dishes stood out for me as "great" or "Classic" or "memorable".

I'm willing to give the place another try though!
