My fiancee and I nipped into the Museum Wine Bar before a night at the theatre. It's quite a plush affair which you'd expect from its location in the Grange Whitehall Hotel. It stocked quite an extensive range of drinks and the food was quite tasty, although a bit too snacky.
If you're early enough for a pre-theatre drink, I can definitely recommend the Museum Wine Bar.
