Firstly, I made a reservation for two and it turned out, we weren't booked in. Although it was confirmed by them. However, we stayed but were told if it get's too busy we would have to leave!!
It is way too overpriced for what you get. The sandwiches were stale and without taste. The staff spoke hardly any English, which I found very tiring. Then, they made us pay money for a charity donation, which was added on to the bill without asking us!! The service was so poor that we decided to not give the %12.5 tip as 'requested' on the bill. Then, the waitress (who hardly spoke any English) sent the manager to query the bill. I said I wasn't going to pay more than I already did. I was very much disappointed. They should have offered us a glass of champagne for not having booked us in when it was clearly confirmed, by them. Don't ever go there! It's a complete waste of money. Still growling.

What a marvellous venue - flamboyant, possibly a bit crackers but always nice to visit a slightly eccentric establishment from time to time.
