Quite simply the WORST meal I have ever eaten out in my life. Would have been better off at McDonalds (at least you don't leave starving). I'm half Greek and the Greeks would be ashamed with such disgraceful food and slow couldn't care less service. What did arrive (to be divided between NINE adults) wouldn't have fed four children. My fork bent when I tried to use it to pick up the rock hard, cold lump of so called lamb / pork (who knows what it was). One skewer between NINE people - I kid you not. One quarter of pitta bread, one spoonful of dip, one chunk of cold skewered meat .... they call that a meal ?! We managed to get the bill down from £190 to £160 but even so, have no idea why I gave that "restaurant" £20 of my money for. Avoid at all costs, go anywhere else, you'll have to cook when you get home anyway because you'll be so hungry.

Our waitress was the rudest, slowest and laziest waitress we ever met!it was appalling, we had to catch her attention to order after she kept passing us for ten minutes, the same thing happened when we wanted to order coffee, pay the bill...the restaurant wasn't even packed so she wasn't busy, she seemed to enjoy ignoring customers.
food was OK, although nothing special, we definitely won't be going back due to awful service!

Went there with my gf on a Saturday around 3pm. The place was packed!
I had heared about "The real Greek" and as a Greek living in London i wanted to visit it. I tried to go to the Covent Garden one, once but looking from the window it didnt inspired me and we went somewhere else that night. Therefore i checked out the Westfield one and it looked nice. The weather was good and they have tables all fresco. There was one guy (looked as floor supervisor) who welcomed us at the entrance. We asked a table at the open area and he very kindly managed to get us one in a couple of minutes. Great start. Having a first look at the menu, it looked very interested. We ordered some hot and some cold meze. The cold ones arrived first and everything was delicious... of course not as good as my mother's cook :) but very descent indeed! Melitzanosalata is very good and the Grilled Octapus with olive oil sauce, probably even better than you will get it in the Greek islands. Service was quick and to the point. For those who are looking descent Greek food at reasonable prices i believe that this is a good place to visit. It will not get the fifth star as 3 of the items we ordered from the menu "wasn't available".

Thought the food was great, service ok, and reasonably priced. The menu had the calories of each dish which I found very helpful. Overall I would recommend this restaurant after a days shopping at Westfield but not if you want a special meal.

Extremely rude waiters. When I complained that I was left standing at the door for ten minutes waiting to be seated I had the waiter shout loudly in my face that I was lying. This was in front of all the other customers. I turned and left and I will never set foot in that place again!

Was bot Shocked and Appalled by the quality, portion size and especially the staff, who i have witnessed belittle, abuse and offend customers.
The last tme i attended i heard two waiters waiting for a table of people to leave suggest that there wear white hoods to get rid of the customers as they were black, absolutely disgusting will not be returning to this restaurant ever again and i advise everyone to avoid it at all costs.

portion control or what! The Greek people who are renowned for their hospitality and generosity would be appalled by what was served up to us hungry diners .

The alarm bells started ringing when they served the kids portions. Chips a staple diet of the Greeks? were served along with one small chunk of lamb chicken and pork, even my 5 year old son not a great eater by any standards was able to dispatch the meal in front of him without any fuss,

he even tried to nab a few chips off his cousin who by now was wary of other kids on the table who having eaten their measly portions were eyeing his.

Then the trouble started! A meat meze for 4 arrived along with two very very small portions of chips and no greek salad.

great we thought us 4 over 6 foot tall hungry guys this must be 50% of the meze ordered. so we tucked in only to realise that there was no more coming.

My dear Wife who took it upon herself to book this eaterie for her visiting Italian cousin decided to complain.

She spent the best part of half an hour of her life only to recieve guess what 2 very small bowls of chips.

The whole real Greek experience was a total let down bad service the worst houmos ever and basically a load of money spent on a load of bread that wasnt even pitta bread it was nouvelle Greek flatbread.

The moral of the story is if you are hungry steer clear this place . And if you want real Greek go elsewhere.

The food quality is below average, the portions are tiny and overpriced.

The service is really slow and the waiters' behaviour is appalling.

Will not be returning or recommend the place to friends and relatives.

Went there for lunch with my boyfriend.

The service was very slow~ and I mean very VERY slow...we waited for more than one hour for our food to be served.

They got the drinks wrong and also the waiter serving us wasnt very friendly.
