The Shamrat of India is quite simply the best curry house in London. It is much better than anywhere on Brick Lane. All the curries are delicious, the staff are very friendly without being obtrusive and The Shamrat of India is very reasonably priced.

The Shamrat of India is not the best Indian I've ever been to, but is fairly good. The food is generally tasty (though I've had a few dodgy dishes in my time!) and the starters in particular are great.
