The house cocktails, Russian Kiss (a vodka based Martini combining Chambord and muddled raspberries) and Last Samurai (a blend of lime and orange juice, sake and apple puree served on the rocks) reflect the Russian influence of Vbar’s owner and the Japanese theme of Vbar. Clients can choose from a range of sushi, sashimi and other Japanese inspired bites freshly prepared at the sushi bar. Vbar is the epitome of sophisticated chic with an interior that is opulent, warm and glamorous, designed by Emily Todhunter.
