My son and his new wife had their wedding reception at the Victoria on 23rd July 2011 and several of our friends and relatives stayed at the Victoria for 2 nights. The reception was absolutely amazing. the service was excellent and the food was amazing. We would not only like to thank the chefs for a wonderful job but we have to say a HUGE thank you to Greg who saw the wedding through from start to finish, was there to welcome us - the relatives the day before, stored the wedding cake and made sure everything was just perfect. the rooms were excellent and so was the inclusive breakfast. An ideal location for the wedding as it is also very near to Richmond Park.
We would definitely recommend the Victoria for food, hospitality and accommodation. Our star rating would be 6 stars.
Thank you so much a day to be remembered - amazing

We went on Saturday evening, with boyfriend and parents. The interior was improved, and more inviting - particularly the bar area which now seems more inviting for simply drinks and maybe some nibbles. The menu was good - and the wine list fun - well chosen, and we had two delicious bottles. Service was friendly - although a little clumsy - they knocked the boyfriend's fathers plate a couple of times while serving causing a bit of a clatter at the table. The quality of the food is improved - and I would definately go back. It's the best place for a "good" meal in Sheen - location, food, ambiance all combine to make it stand out in the are.
The food's price tag way exceeds its quality, and the service is pretty lame which is unacceptable at this price bracket (although the cretinous clientele don't seem to mind). There are way better restaurants in the area.
The Victoria is usually heaving but if you want a good pint and a few laughs then this is the place for you. Considering how busy it gets, the staff are pretty helpful and the atmosphere is usually fairly friendly.
I always have a good night in The Victoria!
The Victoria is a really lovely place to eat. The staff were just so helpful, I think they could tell we had over indulged the night before!
We all enjoyed our meals although we were slightly shocked by the prices - but I guess if you are eating quality food like this then you have to expect to pay. The Victoria certainly get the seal of approval from me. And my friends concur.
I've had some great Sunday lunches at The Victoria, they do such lovely roasts and puddings. I'd recommend The Victoria for a family outing or even just to line your stomach against your horrific hangover!
