London Restaurant Guide
The Toast Festival presents leading chefs and restaurants from New Zealand, Australia and South Africa in a huge London summer event, alongside live entertainment at Olympia.

More than bush tucker
Visitors to the Toast Festival can celebrate world class cooking from some of London's very best restaurants. Previous years have seen the likes of Mango Tree, Awana, The Kiwi Kitchen and The Greyhound all celebrating their cultural cuisine. A top chef and sommelier combination will also be on hand to give advice on matching your wine with food, so you'll be pairing up combinations in no time.

A Taste of South Africa at Toast Festival
Toast 2008 sees the introduction of Taste of South Africa, a massive culinary event featuring a selection of top South African chefs. Visitors to the event can tuck into authentic, gourmet South African cuisine and enjoy a slice of down under culture at Olympia.

Live entertainment
A line up of live acts will be performing at the Toast Festival, and the Saturday will be fronted by legendary Aussie rocker Jimmy Barnes. Also set to entertain are rock indie Kiwi bands Supergroove and The Fluids, and all the way from South Africa, Just Jinjer, and Freshlyground. The crowds will definitely be out in force for lively fun at Olympia, with plenty to do in between tasting sessions.

Get cultured at Olympia
The Toast Festival will not only be just about the food. There'll be plenty of stalls selling a range of typically Antipodean and South African delights, with fashion and jewellery products available. So get yourself something pretty to wear, just before you gorge on the great food.

Three days of Southern Hemisphere fun
The Toast Festival 2008 takes place over three days with each country celebrated on a different day. Toast Australia takes place on Friday 26th September from 3pm to 11pm; Toast New Zealand takes place on Saturday 27th September from 12pm to 8pm; and Toast South Africa takes place on Sunday 28th September from 11am to 5pm.

The Toast Festival 2008 takes place at Olympia from Friday 26th September – Sunday 28th September 2008. Tickets range from £25.00 - £55.00 and all tickets include £10.00 worth of restaurant currency for the food exhibits.
