I used to love Tootsies but since their recent refurb the restaurant seems to have lost some of its fun atmosphere. The food is good but not spectacular.. sometimes the burgers are a bit overdone and chips tend to be somewhat soggy, always request that they're crispy!

Having said that the staff are friendly and good with groups. However, when accomodating groups they don't provide an itemised bill which isn't particularly useful.. Tootsies is good for a quick meal before moving on elsewhere but not somwehere to particularly head for.
