A camden institution, Paolo and his family have been here since the fifties. Its never going to win awards for ground breaking cuisine but thats probably why its still here. Its all about good honest food served at very reasonable prices with that fantastic family run feel that you just aint going to get at Strada or Pizza Express. I ate here on a near weekly basis for years, cmon dinner for two with wine for 30 quid thats cheaper than most takeaways. A great Italian wine list to boot.

I absolutely loved the food. It is hard to find a little bit of Italy in London! It is easy to see that it is run by a family of several generations The food is authentic and delicious, & good value for money! I love the relaxed atmosphere and the genuine touch of Italian hospitality! I highly recommend the food and the homely environment!

Trattoria Lucca is a family run place where the food is great and the people extremely friendly. You get a lot of regular customers at Trattoria Lucca which is always a good sign!
