Situated on the former site of Polygon bar and grill, Trinity is a light and airy intimate dining room where the food is sophisticated yet accessible. Adam Byatt, formerly of Thyme, has returned to cook at his 60 cover restaurant. The restaurant is open daily, offering light lunches and sumptuous dinners and well as a much sought after classic Sunday lunch. Trinity promises exciting food in an elegant yet cosy environment.
