What an absolutely appalling restaurant. The worst service we've encountered for many a year.



It took over an hour for our 1st course to turn up and then had to send the food back as it was cold. Main course was no better - food had to go back yet again. The staff were simply not interested in us at all. This place does not deserve any stars at all.

We felt like we were transported back to Italy at Via Condotti. Wonderful dining experience and a bonus to be spoilt by our very helpful, tall, good looking Italian waiter. Food at Via Condotti was excellent, great atmosphere and the service was first class. Worth every penny. We look foward to making it a regular.

Via Condotti does very nice Italian food, but I felt that it was overpriced for what it was. It is very nice and comfortable and the staff were very attentive, but you can get similar standards of cuisine at many other Italian's in London, much cheaper than Via Condotti.
