Lovely salads!! I love vital ingredient - especially the nachos salad! It is a bit pricy for a salad but it's definitely worth it. Gets really busy between 12.30-2pm (lunch rush hour) but if you time it right I've never had to wait too long.

Wish the staff was more attentive to the clients requesting for the ingredients.

More often than not, they've messed up by adding the wrong ingredient in my salad. Thank god I have no allergies.

Perhaps if they had the same ingredients at all the stations, the person preparing the salad would not have to go over to another station and the guest could see what exactly was being added to the salad.

They need to organize their set up much better. In their rush to get the lunch hour crowd moving they most certainly sacrifice on service.

I'd much rather wait a few seconds more and get the right meal for the price I'm paying...we're talking £6 - £7 for a take away salad at lunch from a fast food establishment!

I disagree, I have always been served by charming attentive staff at Vital Ingredient and never had a problem with my order.
Believe me, I go there almost every day of the week and thier soups are awesome. We are all hooked on Vital ingredient
