We came across this place by chance last week, It was more out of curiosity that we went in: lovely atmosphere with this giant red sculpture hanging above the tables and authentic old ham slicer. The food is incredibly good (we had a parma meat platter, pastas and desert) and not badly priced, it was about 45 for the two of us. Not the longest wine list but hey once something is good why look further, right?

We spent a splendid evening at the restaurant with people who were celebrating Tony Foster's Exhibition "Looking for a bigger picture" at the Royal Watercolour Society, Bankside.

The pasta was to die for and the singing was an added bonus.

I can recommend both venues for an interesting visit.
