If you're a bit sceptical of Ethiopian cuisine then I really do recommend a trip to Wabi Shebele restaurant in Elephant and Castle. An Ethiopian friend wanted to take me there as he insisted it was delicious and after much procrastination I agreed. I am glad I did as Wabi Shebele was a real treat and something completely different to what I would usually eat.
