What are these people on who have rated Wagamama Bloomsbury well? I went one Saturday with two other people (hardly a big party). We each had a noodle dish that came out at 10 minute intervals. When I complained about this I was told that this is the way it happens.

At Wagamama Bloomsbury certain chefs cook different dishes so you won't get your food together. When I pointed out that this happens in all restaurants and you do get your food on time I was ignored. She simply repeated what she told me.

I also explained to the manager that eating out is social but not being able to eat your meal together isn't. This doesn't happen in any culture in the world. Why in Wagamama Bloomsbury? This is the way it is, I was told again.

To go to a restaurant that is cooking simple dishes where the chefs are not competent enough to work together is worrying. So is the lack of customer service. If this ever happened elsewhere there would be an apology. Not at Wagamama. If you're dining alone then eat there. If you're in a group of 2 or more, don't bother.

It's a shame that Wagamama Bloomsbury doesn't appear to care about the customer and is simply there for profit making. Appalling.

Wagamama are a victim of their own success and are now a terrible chain; the staff are snobby and the food is bland, (if you want noodles like this then get a pack of supernoodles!) that's if you get it before it goes stone cold...
