The staff seem eccentric but are very friendly. For those who have not eaten there before, it serves popular Japanese dishes such as noodles and other soup based dishes. The seating arrangement there is formed up from very long benches and so when it gets busy you can find yourself sitting next to someone new which can be interesting. The main courses are very nice but the starters seemed quite overpriced. Their takeaway service to pick up and pay for in the restaurant is quite fast.

I ate here with a friend on Sunday - good old, dependable Wagamama dragged us through their glass frontage once more. It was busy and whilst the waiting staff were lovely as usual, the service was patchy at best. We went there because we were starving and wanted food quickly but this was the longest I've ever had to wait in any Wagamama either in the UK or Dublin. People who arrived later were served before us and the Yaki Soba was not up to it's normal standard - slightly soggy with a hint of antiseptic. Shame, as this is always my fallback destination.

I eat at Wagamama in Islington regularly. The food is always good and the service fine, but the acoustics aren't very good, so all it needs is one group shouting in Wagamama for conversation to be a chore.

I visit a Wagamama at least once a week - whether it's this branch or one of the other Wagamama's in town - there's about 20 of them. The noodles are so cheap and fast it's just not worth me making anything at home.

Tonight we dined at Wagamama's on Leicester Square and it was a terrible experience: service was rude, management was very unprofessional, and the food was oily and had several hairs in it. We were all disappointed as Wagamama's has a great PR machine. Suggest you try someplace else.
