The Westminster Boating Base can accommodate parties of all styles and has a capacity for 350 people for a reception & finger buffet, 150 - 250 people for a hot & cold buffet and 150 people for a sit down meal. Parties can bring their own DJ and/or band as the building lends itself well to live and / or recorded music. Additionally, the configuration of the function rooms is such that the sounds of a disco need not interfere with other guests enjoying a quiet drink and conversation whilst admiring the views. Westminster Boating Base can be reasonably flexible with the timing of events and permits smoking. The cost of holding your event at the Westminster Boating Base is £1950 + VAT. This applies to every month except December (please contact for a quote on your Christmas party). Of this, £1500 goes directly to the Children’s charity, Westminster Boating Base Trust. The remaining £450 covers doorman, security in the park and drive, night cleaning crews and rubbish disposal.
