This place is the best I have found in South West London. They have everything from nuts, seeds, rice,fruit, veg, lots of hoke made specials like humous, beautiful breads, cheeses, suppliments, skin care and...a great little cafe serving perfectly balanced and healthy meals and lots of it for £7 or less.

My only neg is that I didn't buy more today and will be back for a healthy lunch tomorrow. Hooray for goos organic grub well needed and worth every penny.

A wonderful break from the usual supermarkets and chains throughout the city - great food, organic produce and reasonable prices too.
