I thought I'd have a look at your store today.
I set out from where I'm based and tried to enter the store from the Derry Street entrance. I was met with a sign that said Do Not Enter- Go Around. And Anti Theft Systems in Operation. I was immediately struck by the unwelcoming nature of this entrance. No Sorry, no Please. This unfriendly, almost hostile approach was enough to keep me walking to M and S to do my shopping. I won't bother to shop in your store in case one of your security staff accosts me for smiling.
