I've been to a lot of sushi restaurants in London, California and all around Japan, and YO! Sushi has to be one of the worst experiences i've ever had. Staff were what I can only describe as predatory and were unaware of the different sushi dishes.


Edamame (soy beans in pods) was served still frozen. We spotted the chef taking cold gyoza (pork dumplings) and prawn tempura (battered fish) off the conveyor belt, re-frying them in the deep fat fryer and then handing them to customers directly as "specials". He handed some tempura to us saying "have it" and implying it was a special, or free. It wasn't.
