Highly recommendable according to my opinion. Very good Cantonese cuisine. Since you are sharing your food with your friends anyhow, it does not really matter whether you show up in odd or even numbers.
Got a table for 4 without a reservation at 6.30 p.m.
Prices are fair, service very satisfactory.
We would go there anytime, if they maintain the present level of food quality and service.

In a nutshell, mid-day and evening set meals are great value, and the house wine at £11 is good for central London. 8 of us ate on a Friday evening for £130 total which included 6 bottles of TsingTao beer and one bottle of house wine, 3 glasses of water and 5 soft drinks, and the compulsory 10% service charge. Plentiful starters and lots of main meals were included, (the alcoholic drink comes included in some menus) plus fresh oranges at the end. If there is any criticism it is that the soft drinks are over-priced, but of course the overall total charge was still excellent.
The set menus are for 2 and 4, it needs an odd number menu to assist with those who arrive in 7's etc.
Pre-book at busy times or you'll be in a queue at the door.

Reliable Cantonese that has had a refurbishment - not only of furniture, but staff as well, now mostly male. It is a good place to get rice or noodle dishes - the standards, plus one or two unusual menu choices like frogs legs in wine sauce, and be in and out in an hour or less at lunch for about £5 to £6 depending on choice. Highly reliable.
