Ordered from this place last night and was very impressed!(I'm usually very hard to impress!) Loved the array of Thai, Malaysian, Japanese as well as Cantonese cuisines on offer....very rare to see in a local takeaway and in my opinion puts these guys a cut above the rest.

Food arrived on time and was delicious and hot. Highly recommend the Korean chicken, salt and pepper squid and the Malaysian Coconut Chicken was perfect with boiled rice!

This is my favourite takeaway by far in South East London. The staff are always so helpful and the food is always fresh and hot when it is delivered! Would definitely recommend their Thai Green Curry and their Malaysian Coconut chicken is not bad either!

I love this place! They're always polite and efficient and the food is in my experience always delivered quickly and piping hot! They're good value for money too.

Tonight I ordered a delivery at Zin Oriental through the Hungry Horse website. I ordered it at 19:50 and after a couple of phone calls to Zin, it arrived at 21:10. Really cold food - ordered 6 different dishes and all were less than lukewarm. I phoned Zin to complain and was met with a lot of hostitly, and the reason being that the food was late/cold was that they were very busy. No apology and at first a 10% discount was offered and then reluctantly, 20%. I asked them to come and collect the food and give us a 100% discount but they refused.

Two things really annoy me about this - if you are running a takeaway/delivery service, surely one of your main priorities is to make sure food gets delivered hot, or, a least warm. The second thing is that it would be really nice if they had apologised. I had a 10 minute silly conversation with them about it and and no hint of an apology. Having said this - no complaints about the quality of the food - totally acceptable chinese takeaway and may have ordered from then again if it wasn't for such poor service.
