Whats On
StreetWars London tournament hit the capital on 13th August 2007. If you've always fancied that you'd make a first class assassin then get your water pistols, water balloons and supersoakers at the ready. The August event is sponsored by The Bourne Ultimatum, so you'd better make sure that you're up to the challenge.

StreetWars is a three week long, 24 hours a day, seven days a week watergun assassination tournament which has already taken place in New York, Vancouver, Vienna, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The StreetWars London tournament started at midnight, 13th August 2007 and ends three weeks later on 3rd September 2007. Anyone taking part should be prepared for a one week sudden death tournament if the game is not over on 3rd September.

How StreetWars Works
Would be assassins have the option of signing up on their own or as part of a team. If you have signed up you will have received the following:

  • A photograph of your intended target
  • Your intended target's home address
  • Your intended target's work address
  • Your intended target's full name
  • Your intended target's contact information

  • After you have received the items in a manila envelope your mission begins immediately.
Your mission should you choose to accept
As a StreetWars assassin it is your mission to find and kill (using a water pistol, water balloon or supersoaker) your intended target. Masters of disguise will have a huge advantage - you can conceal your identity and take your target out on the street or dress up as a delivery person and drench them with your supersoaker when they open the door.

    Mission Accomplished
If you are successful in your first mission of the StreetWars London tournament the person that you assassinated will give you their envelope and the person that they were supposed to kill becomes your new target. The same process will continue with each successful assassination until you have worked your way through all of the players and retrieved the envelope with your or your team's picture in it. The winner of the StreetWars London tournament will win a huge stash of cash. But first, remember that nowhere apart from your office is safe and that every friend could be an enemy. Let the games begin.

    StreetWars Tournament Rules
You must be over 18 years old to play and live and work in the designated area of play (a full area map is supplied on the StreetWars website). You must be physically able to make at least one kill attempt a week, so no being clever and disappearing off on holiday for three weeks to escape your assassin. You must be available to collect your envelope in person, and under cover of darkness, on either 10th, 11th or 12th August 2007. And finally, you need to be a grown up - so anyone who still lives with their mother is automatically excluded no matter how old you are.

Take part in the StreetWars London Tournament
If you want to take part in the StreetWars tournament and transform yourself into a StreetWars killer then you're too late for this event but keep an eye out for future events. Registration ended on 4th August 2007 and registration for future events will end as soon as they reach their maximum target so don't delay. StreetWars London tournament is set to go down in the history books as the event of summer 2007. So what are you waiting for? The ultimate harmless assassination game is hitting London and it's huge.
