Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to UK residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of SUBWAY® stores, Doctor's Associates Inc., Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust, Action Against Hunger, ViewLondon.co.uk® all their respective agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Promotion begins at 00:00:00 on 09/06/08 and the closing date is midnight on 29/06/08.

2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

3. Buy any drink at a participating SUBWAY® store in London to obtain an entry leaflet. For the chance to win, simply enter the special code printed on SUBWAY® Picnic Rocks entry leaflets at the entry page on www.viewlondon.co.uk. Limited to one entry per person, per day.

4. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms & Conditions and entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Entries must be received via the official entry form at www.viewlondon.co.uk. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties

6. Main prize:
One winner will be drawn at random by an independent person from all entries received. The winner will be drawn on 30/06/08 and notified by telephone no later than 01/07/08.

7. The main prize is: VIP Golden Tickets for two people to SUBWAY® Picnic Rocks. Prize includes a pair of VIP tickets to attend SUBWAY® Picnic Rocks on Saturday 5th July 2008 in London, a meet and greet with some or all of the performers backstage. Travel not included.

8. Daily prizes:
Will be drawn at random every day from and including 09/06/08 to 29/06/08 by computer from all entries received between 00:00 and 23:59 on each individual day of the promotion. Daily winners will be notified by email the next working day. A minimum of three prizes will be won each day, in Promoters’ discretion. A full list of prizes allocated to each day of the promotion is available at www.viewlondon.co.uk. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries.

9. Daily prizes from:

24 x ‘Subs for Summer’.
Prize entitles the winner to free regular 6” Subs for Summer. This voucher can be redeemed for three regular 6” Subs per week only. Voucher valid from 05/07/08 until 31/08/08. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Photocopies not accepted. Limit of one offer per customer per visit. The coupon has no cash value, is not for sale and is only valid at participating stores. Offer subject to manager’s discretion.

10 x pairs of Picnic Rocks tickets.
Includes a pair of tickets for two people to attend SUBWAY® Picnic Rocks on 05/07/08. Travel not included.

15 x pairs of Vue Cinema tickets.
Includes a pair of tickets for two people to attend any Vue Cinema for any screening, except those advertised as “Free List Suspended”.  Travel not included. Valid until 31/10/08

5 x pairs of Vertigo VIP Club tickets.
Includes guest list entrance for two to Vertigo, No 1 Leicester Square, London (VIP floor). Travel not included. No tickets will be issued and full names must be provided for the guest list. ID will be required. Valid until 31/12/08.

10 x Professional Makeovers & Photoshoot Sessions with Image 1st®.
Includes a makeover and photoshoot for one person at Image 1st studios in Farringdon, London.  One image will be provided on CD ROM. Travel not included. Prize will be awarded as an open dated voucher valid for six months issued upon date of prize notification. Subject to availability.

5 x UK Bungee Club Bungee Jumps.
Includes one 165ft bungee jump, available at locations around the country. Travel is not included. Prize will be awarded as an open dated six month voucher issued upon date of prize notification. Subject to availability. Bungee jumping is not suitable if you have high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, asthma, damage to your neck, spine or eyes.

5 x Buckmore Park Go Karting sessions.
Prize allows one person one half hour practice session using a 390cc pro kart on the full 1200m circuit. Age and height restrictions apply. Prize will be awarded as an open dated voucher valid until 31/12/08. Subject to availability.

5 x pairs of tickets for London Duck Tours.
Includes a pair of tickets for two people for this unique amphibious London sightseeing adventure. Travel to and from tour pick up venue not included. Prize will be awarded as an open dated six month voucher issued upon date of prize notification. Subject to availability.

10. No cash or other prize alternatives are available. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative similar prizes of equal or greater value without prior notice.  If Promoter is unable to contact a potential winner, an alternate may be selected via the same means.  Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.  All applicable taxes, fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners.   Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process.  Winners may be required to execute forms prior to receiving any prize, releasing Promoters from any or all liabilities.  Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. Winners’ names and counties can be obtained from 30/06/08 for one calendar month by sending a SAE to: SUBWAY® stores promotion, ViewLondon.co.uk®, Stourside Place, Station Road, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PP.

12. Winners authorise Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust, Doctor’s Associates Inc. to retain and/or use and/or release to third parties, any information for the purposes of publicity or for advertising of the SUBWAY® chain.

13. Winners agree that they have no claim against the SUBWAY Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust, Doctor’s Associates Inc. or ViewLondon.co.uk® for infringement of copyright or otherwise in respect of such use or inaccuracy in information about them. Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust, Doctor’s Associates Inc., their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies are not liable for any losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prizes.  

14. The personal information that you provide will be used by the Promoters for the purpose of prize administration only and will not be used for any other purpose.

15. This contest is void outside of the UK and where prohibited by law.
