And when the What Next event concert takes place at one of London’s most recognisable landmarks, Somerset House, you know that this should be a very special concert indeed, with one of the most stunning backdrops of any in town.
The What Next line up
Taking to the Somerset House stage will be an impressive line up of both established and emerging acts, on hand to make sure that the audience are kept entertained throughout the evening. Joining the mighty headline act, TheWombats, are Chipmunk, Ms Dynamite, Lion Club and Ghetts, ensuring that not only will audiences be able to sample some huge names, but also be able to head back home safe in the knowledge that they’ve just witnessed the bands of tomorrow too.
What Next for 14-18 year olds
The What Next concert is organised by the Somerset House Trust, Metropolis (who help put on the Summer Series at Somerset House) and Bigga Fish and Rockschool, two enterprises for young people aimed at promoting young people who are looking to make it in the music industry. The What next concert will see some of the young talent these enterprises have worked with taking to the stage, offering them the chance to perform in front of thousands of people.
