The Legacy of Taste 2008 competition aims to find the best Chinese Restaurant in the UK. Organised by Tsingtao, members of the public are invited to vote for their favorite Chinese Restaurant and be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a trip of a lifetime to China.
Following 8 weeks of voting, the top 5 restaurants in each region will be visited by the Tsingtao panel of judges and scored on set criteria to establish the winning restaurant in each region. The highest scoring restaurant in each region will go through to a Grand Final, to be held in London. At the Grand Final a panel of esteemed Judges and a Celebrity Chef will crown the winning restaurant the Tsingtao Legacy of Taste Restaurant 2008.
