We visted Garfunkels in the Strand yesterday and sadly the experience was spoilt by the toilets. I can only describe the gents as a dirty hole. Tiles had come off the wall and dirt had not been cleaned around the wash basin for days. I would suggest staff had not visted the facilty that day. My wife was not impressed by the ladies.
