Utter, utter shambles. The cloakroom queue was ridiculous, the toilets were filthy and the staff were rude to say the least. Several glasses were dropped on the dance floor, due to its slippery nature but the staff were nonchalant at best at clearing up the broken glass and spillages (which led to more breakages).
