The Queen's Head is now an excellent pub, having changed a great deal from years ago when the main review was written, which inspired me to write this.

Now owned by Fullers, the staff are excellent, as are the drinks. The food is also good if expensive, but being in Brook Green it's bound to be on the expensive side.
