the venue has so much potential but is let down by woefully poor staff. bad attitudes, bad service... a real shame.

Im not sure whether to buy tickets from a ticket reselling website for a festival thats sold out already. would you pay over the odds to, what is basically a ticket tout, just because an event is sold out already - or would you just find another event that suits your tastes.
