I love this bar - best bar in the Broadway Mkt. Most of the staff are great. I know the one the others are talking about [with the quiff] and can sympathise, but she is a real character and a sweetheart really. I would love to have more bar staff like her around places, but she is unique. Service isn't just about being subservient.
