I have to say after the hype I was expecting more of the food at Maze. Not because the ingredients are not top quality (they clearly are) but the menu is rather inaccessible to someone such as myself who is allergic to fish.

Almost everything on the menu was composed heavily of fish, and of the few dishes that weren't I found that other unusual…
