After nearly getting highjacked by the doormen of Brick Lane's restaurants we took a chance on the Eastern Eye because it was bright with large glass windows. Had dinner with a colleague from New York, we had vegetarian and a chicken curry, two types of rice etc., beer and wine. We both agreed that it was delicious. The bill was a pleasant surprise…
