Was extremely disappointed when I went to Bertorelli's Cafe Italian for lunch. The food took ages to arrive and was cold, the ham in the spaghetti carbonara was mostly fat and the service was terrible.

To top it off, a service charge was added to the bill! I would not recommend Bertorelli's Cafe Italian.
