After booking the Below Zero restuarant follwed by a premium slot in the ice-bar, me and my husband came away truly disappointed. We booked our meal for 6pm but after my husband managed to speak to the restaurant manager we were eventually seated at 6.40pm. We were then served what i can only drscribe as an express meal. The food wasn't mindblowing…
