At last the Downstairs seems to have settled down into a routine of good food during the day - and great to sit outside when spring comes. While in the evening it becomes a bar with djs on Friday and Saturday. Of course, there's unbelievable jazz at the Vortex itself upstairs every night. With the new tube line arriving, it'll get busier and busier…
