This place is going down hill like most clubs of this type. I visit The Vault every time I'm in London (from up North) and on each occasion i can see a decline. 1) Staff can be a bit more polite and friendly and help make customers more comfortable, after all, it's not like going to Tesco is it? 2) Cleanliness. Seems to be getting dirtier…
