Don't be fooled by the apparent ambience you see through the window. The staff don't seem to care if their customers live or die. Five staff ignored us while we stood at the counter waiting to order and the person at the till (manager?) thought it more important to continue bagging up organic basil than to serve us. Don't expect a smile from anyone…
